CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy I completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. To keep our schedule running smoothly and to respect the time of both clients and staff, please review our cancellation policy: 48-Hour Notice Required – Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment in order to be eligible for a deposit refund. Deposit Refunds – All deposit refunds are issued at the discretion of Salon 326. Deposits may be withheld if cancellation requirements are not met. Last-Minute Changes – Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment may result in a forfeited deposit. Service Readiness – If you are unsure whether you have any medical conditions, allergies, or other factors that may impact your service, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. This ensures we can make any necessary adjustments or confirm if it’s safe to proceed. Aftercare Agreement – By booking, you agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided. Salon 326 is not responsible for any negative results caused by failure to follow these instructions.
